Jeff is a Managing Partner at Thunder Bay Group.  He has 18 years of experience in the financial services and consulting industry. His prior career was as a golf professional managing facilities for 25 years. He is a current member of the Canton Chamber and a resident of the Canton community for over 22 years.

Jeff’s emphasis is on helping business owners plan, grow and protect their business and family. The focus is on partnering with the business owner to increase profitability, business value and efficiency. His goal is to build long-lasting relationships being the “consultant of choice.” Jeff strives to listen and fully understand the business owner and their challenges and present
logical and workable solutions to guide the business owner to their goals.

Karl Carter, ASBC®

Karl is a Managing Partner at Thunder Bay Group, Certified Small Business Consultant, Author and Speaker.

He has over 30 years of experience in business management, marketing, and consulting.  Karl helps business owners dramatically grow their business.

Karl has been responsible for several business turnarounds. He gives business owners the information needed to make decisions that are forward-thinking approaches to dramatically grow their businesses. The consulting process focuses on maximizing profit and growing company value.

Karl’s experience has helped him develop the skills to quickly and effectively teach business owners how to successfully apply the right strategies in the right order that allows them to grow their business to its maximum capacity.
